Reservations, Cancellations and Deposit

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to our guest, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Once we reserve a cottage for a guest, we remove that cottage from the market.

Deposit of $250.00 is required at time of reservation for all weekly rental. Deposits are nonrefundable on any cancellation unless the cottage is re-rented, whereas a 75% cash refund will be issued.

Please note that any final payment (including security) is due at the time of check in. Payment is accepted by cash or check only.

Pets

Landing Bay Resort respects the comfort and privacy of our guests. Responsible pet owners are welcome at no additional charge. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after promptly. Any guest that ignores these rules (or who allows a pet to become a disturbance in the view of management) will be asked to board his/her pet at an area kennel. Only one pet per cottage is allowed.
